The Paterson Literary Review holds an annual reading for the winners of the Allen Ginsberg Poetry Awards and for poets receiving Honorable Mention or an Editor's Choice designation.

Join the Poetry Center at PCCC in Paterson in celebrating 37 years of publishing the Paterson Literary Review (PLR) with a reading featuring many contributors to issue #44.

PLR features unpublished work by well-known writers, as well as by writers whose work is so good it should be better known.  Poems from PLR have appeared in Best American Poetry and the Pushcart Prize AnthologiesPLR has been chosen by Library Journal, as one of the ten best literary journals in the country, and, in 2008, it was chosen as best journal by the Montserrat Review.

The Allen Ginsberg Poetry Awards, honoring Allen Ginsberg’s contributions to American Literature, are given annually to poets, both established and emerging.
